2.A submission request for an appointment does not provide an immediate guaranteed appointment confirmation.
3.Our call center staff will contact you back by email or phone in confirming your requested appointment booking date and time on submission. If you do not hear from us within 1 working day, please kindly call us as we may not have successfully received your request.
